Three 2-3 hour meetings are offered fortnightly plus some advice for how to meet your brief, at your site, for your budget, and what the next steps and options are to get your project off the ground.
Overall it is a 6-week phase consisting of a long first meeting getting to know your brief and site or existing condition, a strategy to develop a concept, followed by two hand drawn concepts for your reaction and feedback within 2 weeks. After feedback a more resolved hand-drawn concept or two are delivered, accompanied by some rule-of-thumb opinions of cost reasoning. 2 weeks later and yet another round of drawing and feedback is offered, culminating in the deliverables at the end of a 6 week period.
